Once you subscribe to our list, you are also a member of the site. This will allow you to log in to our site on the Log-In page. You will have the ability to edit your contact information as well as check the progress of gallery projects. You will have access to our evolving library of public domain images for use in your projects.  Once we have completed the Message Board, you will also have the ability to post to the board and join conversations.

This will be your Log-In ID to the site and is required.  If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, contact the gallery.

Password

This is optional. However, If this is left blank, you will not be able to log into the members area of the site.If filled in, it will be your Log-In Password to the members area of the site. It should be easy for you to remember.  Do not give this password to anyone as they will then have access to your personal information in the database.  If you would like to change this option at a later time, contact the gallery or use the Change Password option in the Members Area.

Format Preferences

The HTML option (attachments and pictures) allows for the inclusion of images and text formatting in the e-mails sent from the gallery. This translates to a more colorful and interesting message as we can include the images we may be referring to while discussing an artist. However, it also can sometimes cause the e-mail to get caught in spam filters between us and your inbox, meaning you would not get the message at all. If you are currently getting e-mails that include graphics, it is a safe bet that you would receive HTML formatted e-mails from the gallery.
The Plain Text option (no pictures or attachments) means you will receive e-mails in plain text only. This means a much smaller e-mail size. Also, plain text is rarely stopped by spam filters. The down side is that you will not receive any images with the message. It also means we will not include attachments such as files, images, or anything else.

You will receive a confirmation E-Mail once you submit this form.  If you do not get a confirmation, contact the gallery to ensure that you have been added.

Opt Out: You have a number of ways that you can unsubscribe from our list. The easiest way is to respond to an e-mail that you received from us with the word "unsubscribe" in the subject. It is also important that there be nothing in the body of the e-mail including signature lines, empty spaces, or text. If there is, you will still be subscribed to the list. You will receive one more e-mail letting you know you have been removed from our list. If you do not receive that e-mail, you can contact us by phone to confirm that you have been removed. If that is not a convenient method for you, you can also simply contact the gallery at (315) 291-3116, or at the e-mail provided at the bottom of this page ( contact us) and let us know you would like to be removed. Finally, you can also send a letter to the gallery at the address at the bottom of this page and let us know.
